Motivation and Context
Fix an issue between libvpx's assembly, NASM 3.x, and Visual Studio which causes builds to fail in Visual Studio.

How Has This Been Tested?
I've only tested building libvpx and FFmpeg locally with this change. I haven't yet tested a full obs-studio build.
