You can directly run the `racoon-3.x.jar` on Ubuntu Linux. Make sure you have installed the latest [Java](http://askubuntu.com/questions/48468/how-do-i-install-java) version. Then, either run Racoon by double-clicking the `.jar` file or perform the following command from the command-line:
