Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The user expects the Data Quality (DQ) icon on a table page to remain visible as long as there is an open DQ incident, even if the latest test run is successful.
The DQ icon on the table page is determined by the latest test result (testCaseResult.testCaseStatus = Failed). The incident status (New, Acknowledged, Assigned, or Resolved) is not considered.
As a result, when the latest test run passes, the DQ icon disappears even if the associated incident remains open.
Describe the solution you'd like
Keep the DQ icon visible on the table page while an associated DQ incident remains unresolved, regardless of the latest test run status. Clear the icon once the incident is resolved.
