With utils/pagelink.ext.py, we extended the dictionary further:

These packages are built by packagers of the corresponding repository. In some rare cases, we are unable to fix issues related to these packages.

Thanks to BryanLiang, DeepChirp and ryosuke, this dictionary is available on AUR: fcitx5-pinyin-moegirl and rime-pinyin-moegirl.

Installation steps (via archlinuxcn):

Installation steps: (I don't know much about Gentoo - if you need this, you must know much more than me on Gentoo :D)

Download the latest version of moegirl.dict (for fcitx5) / moegirl.dict.yaml (for RIME) from releases.
Copy it to /usr/share/fcitx5/pinyin/dictionaries/ (for fcitx5) / /usr/share/rime-data/ (for RIME).
(for RIME) Add this dictionary to your config.
