Release vers-spec version 1.1.0 for test schema and Ecma changes

This issue tracks the tasks to release vers-spec v1.1.0 which will be the basis for implementing:

• Upgrade VERS test schema to v0.2 #47

The tasks are:

• Michael - Merge Correct vers-test.schema-0.1.json #76
• Michael - Merge Correct vers-test.schema-0.2.json #75
• Michael - Update vers-test.schema-0.1.json at: https://packageurl.org/schemas/vers-test.schema-0.1.json for Correct vers-test.schema-0.1.json #76
• Michael - Update vers-test.schema-0.2.json at: https://packageurl.org/schemas/vers-test.schema-0.2.json for Correct vers-test.schema-0.2.json #75
• Tag release v1.0.0. This will be the reference release tag for the current test suite based on vers-spec/schemas/vers-test.schema-0.1.json.
• Michael - Merge Update vers-test.schema-0.2.json terminology #74 to add vers-spec/schemas/vers-test.schema-0.2.json
• Michael - Upload vers-test.schema-0.2.json to the packageurl.org (Dreamhost)
• John - Tag release v1.0.1
• John - Update all test suite files in ver-spec/tests to use the vers-spec/schemas/vers-test.schema-0.2.json - see Update VERS test suite files to use terminology from vers-test.schema-0.2.json #87
• Michael - Update vers-spec/docs/tests/ files to use the new terminology including a reference to the prior version of this doc under v1.0.1
• John - Publish the updated version of VERS test documentation at: www.packageurl.org
• Michael - Tag release v1.1.0 - Release notes need to explain that this version contains the terminology changes for the v0.2 test schema, but no other changes to the test suite content
• Michael -Announce the updated PURL test schema in the new News page on www.packageurl.org
