Summary

  • Add the opt-in cursorKeepSelectionFg setting in TOML and via -cursorKeepSelectionFg / +cursorKeepSelectionFg; default is false.
  • When a block cursor overlaps selected or reverse-video text—including inverted Ctrl+R search matches—preserve the text’s foreground color while retaining the configured cursor background color.
  • Apply the behavior in the reference, Vulkan, and Metal renderers.

Validation

  • Focused option and reference-renderer tests passed (3 tests).
  • The st build passed.

The st and pt example configs stay in lockstep by hand - only the st
one is test-enforced - and render.comp writes braces around every
body; #125 missed both.
