docs: consolidate repository entry points and retire migrated work records - #212

…rship Remove migrated investigation and security documents, repair their incoming links, and align the English/Chinese READMEs with current module and release boundaries. Track AGENTS.md as the shared repository guide and make CLAUDE.md import it; keep working artifacts outside the repository. Publish pgsty/silo.pgsty.com commit c7682185e2832b981629e1c17aef74fc778c6ca1 before publishing this cleanup: the new documentation routes are not live yet. Validation: make rebrand-guard; 92 Markdown files checked for deletion-induced broken relative paths; 199 source-to-site references and anchors resolve in the paired site build; git diff --check. Complete the Server documentation migration now that the companion site's bilingual guides, operator runbooks and contributor assets are published. Replace links to retired investigation/security material with canonical site URLs, retain historical evidence through fixed commit links, and remove 255 working-artifact files from the source tree.
Track the shared repository guide in AGENTS.md, make CLAUDE.md import it, and clarify documentation ownership and supported-stack compatibility in both READMEs. Preserve the daily contributor/Star History cards from #211 and integrate the reviewed 50-person contributor record and recognition policy. The conditional PUT release notes from #208 remain present; their recovery links now point to the published runbooks.
The rebrand guard drops its retired investigation-directory exception and removes two identifiers that existed only in removed documentation. Current runtime identifiers, including the multipart-listing setting, remain in the baseline. No Server runtime behavior, dependencies, tags or releases change.
