Give the integration job room for the suite it runs - #2112

The integration suite now takes about 25 minutes on a hosted runner, and the job allowed 30. A slower runner was cancelled partway through and reported as cancelled rather than failed, which hides whether the change under test was green. 45 minutes keeps a genuine hang bounded; a single stuck test is still dumped and aborted by the 5-minute blame-hang timeout.
