ARM64 processor support #425

I use UEVR successfully on my X86 PC, but on my ARM64 laptop, injecting gives a fatal error.
I suspect this is due to the ARM64 processors not being supported.
Is it easy to support these processors? Is it is just a matter of re-compiling?
