A gadget to compute the second term of the sum in section 5, step 5 #56

Gadget which computes $\Sigma_{i=1}^{q} c_i \cdot \Pi_{j \in S_i} \theta_j$.

Will then multiply this term by $\gamma^{t+1}$ and $e_2$ and sum it with the first part of the sum to obtain the final gadget!
