What
Adds a note to the top of the README stating this repo is a Recurly-maintained fork of heartcombo/devise, used as a git source dependency in Engage. It carries a small patch on top of upstream, based on the unmerged heartcombo/devise#5474.
Why
Improves discoverability for anyone landing on the fork — clarifies it is a temporary vendor fork rather than a product repo, and points to the upstream PR that explains the divergence. Kept free of internal details.
Notes
Docs-only change; no code or gem behavior affected.
Part of RE-1302 (devise fork migration from the redfast org to the recurly org).
