The rfcx-local clustering worker now lives in the private monorepo rfcx/arbimon-jobs-analysis, under
workers/aed-clustering/ (imported with full history; the image name aed-clustering is unchanged).
Build/deploy happens there (CI-gated). This repo's rfcx-local CD workflow was removed before archiving so it
can never push to the registry again.
