Updates to voluem-segmantics:

  • added function _predict_single_axis_all_probs(). This is quite important for using volume-segmantics with leopard-gecko or potentially elsewhere.
  • Fixed pytest issue with a len() function. Maybe worked with old versions of pytorch DataLoaders but now it doesn't anymore, and it requires to specify .dataset to give length result intended.
  • useDask for merging data, to reduce RAM usage.
  • Some added comments
