Intent

Claim the complete accepted first cycle of the v15 readiness campaign before implementation.

Accepted issue set

This draft now owns the sole accepted issue in the integrated cycle. No other discovery candidate survived corrected vetting.

Scope

Implementation is in progress. The cycle preserves existing product boundaries, fixes only the verified manifest contradictions, and adds a focused regression.

Package versions, release tags and publication state remain frozen.

Coordination

• Generated and runtime dictionaries lose __proto__ data across transforms and adapters #2435, HTTP/OpenAPI operation inventory drops methods and conflates incoming webhooks #2436, Release validation uses vulnerable and unrepeatable dependency graphs #2437 and Credentialed workflows execute floating upstream code #2438 were closed as invalid after re-review; this PR does not implement their proposed changes.
• Open chore(deps): bump ttsc from 0.28.1 to 0.30.4 in the ttsc group across 1 directory #2382 owns the unrelated ttsc dependency update and is excluded from this cycle.

Review of 6fade39 and its corrective revert ef2fa03: the implementation was technically focused, but the underlying #2439 claim lacked a demonstrated product, CI, or release consequence. The revert restores the baseline tree completely. No implementation from this campaign should merge.

Closing the campaign PR because every published candidate (#2435–#2439) was invalidated under stricter product-boundary and consequence review. Head ef2fa03 fully reverts the only implementation commit; the PR has no tree diff against master.
