Add declarative exact, regex and presence predicates to HTTP/HTTPS frontends with AND semantics. Frontend identity normalizes predicate order, header-name case and duplicate predicates; TCP configuration rejects this HTTP-only feature. Preserve H1/H2 routing and frontend removal semantics, with additive protobuf field 17 and guarded request verbs 66–69 for older decoders.
Validation: command tests, H1/H2 end-to-end routing and stability checks, predicate identity and TCP refusal RED/GREEN cases, legacy-decoder refusal, and the existing HTTP/2 simulation (13 passed after its trait implementation was updated). The all-features build, Rust 1.93.1 Clippy, nightly formatting and reference sweep passed. Independent full, correction and documentation reviews approved the final source. The full GitHub Actions matrix must succeed before merge.
