NPM/Yarn doesn't install version 2 but always 1.3.6#45

trying to install via npm/yarn.

Looks like the code I install is always version 1.3.6

also NPM page show version 1.3.6 as default and latest
https://www.npmjs.com/package/jquery.event.move

May i do something wrong or the NPOPM package need to be updated? :)
