Similar to bc0059a for WayLitOverlay/AddWayLit and SidwalkOverlay/AddSidewalk, I'd like to propose merging all Add*Surface that can be answered via the SurfaceOverlay into the overlay stats.
Currently, I have 4000 SurfaceOverlay stars and 1000 AddPathSurface, AddRoadSurface stars each, and it's weird to me that depending on whether I use the overlay or not, it counts towards different totals.
The downside of this would be (unlike for WayLitOverlay, SidwalkOverlay) that this gives up some more detailed stats. As far as I can tell, they wouldn't be lost, only no longer displayed.
I'm interested in implementing this if this is wanted.
