Out of 557 notes that StreetComplete has created mentioning the German, English or French title of "What is the width of the opening here?", 92 (roughly 16.5%) mention that there's no wheelchair accessibility at all:

Currently, wheelchair=no is not an exclusion in nodeFilter of AddBarrierOpening.
Out of 6.7m barrier=gate Nodes, 20.8k combine with wheelchair=no.

Proposed Solution

• Add and wheelchair != no to nodeFilter of this quest to prevent gates from being tagged this way to appear as an accessibility-quest.
• Allow answering "not suitable for wheelchair users" (or words to that end), which then adds wheelchair=no - probably with a "are you sure?" message that re-iterates what the wiki says, you only tag that if you're absolutely sure.

I'm happy to code the solution myself, but I'd like to know y'alls take on this. I am aware that the Wiki does not state wheelchair=* as a useful combination with barrier=gate, but then again, I wonder if that needs an explicit mention.

Allow answering "not suitable for wheelchair users" (or words to that end), which then adds wheelchair=no - probably with a "are you sure?" message that re-iterates what the wiki says, you only tag that if you're absolutely sure.

I am not really a fan of any messages that ask for absolute sure-ness, since those might lead newer users to leave notes, even if the situation is clear.
