The Android monochrome icon asset was an opaque (RGB, no alpha channel) image. Android derives the icon's shape from the alpha, so a fully-opaque image was rendered as a fully opaque, plain disc/squircle/whatever theme the OS was using. This new asset was generated from the logo.svg, keeping the linework and background arcs, in the same size/padding as before, matching the Google guidelines.

Resolves #1166 Draft until I have time to test nothing breaks. A few notes: - `ws` and `qs` were easily patched - `uuid` and `js-cookie` needed resolutions and are multiple major versions ahead of where they are used in the dep tree - `react-use` (which the `js-cookie` vulnerability comes from) is only used for copy to clipboard functionality so can probably just be removed/replaced if more things crop up (doesn't look to have been updated in some time) - `uuid` came from expo config, which is technically a build-step dependency and not really a concern since the mobile app shouldn't ship with it
