ALLHiC_build error

Hi,

When I ran "ALLHiC_build genome.fa", the program just ended with error "Substitution loop at /mnt/inspurfs/home/liyl/biosoftware/ALLHiC/bin/ALLHiC_build line 19, chunk 40.", and there was only one line in the log "1. tour format to agp ...". Appreciate if you could provide any suggestion for this issue.
