Partition stage not producing two .tour files

Hi there,

I am looking forward to seeing the results from this tool, however I am having some troubles running it. Is the partition stage meant to produce two files for the input of the optimise stage?

allhic partition tests/test.counts_GATC.txt tests/test.pairs.txt

I.E.

allhic optimize tests/test.counts_GATC.2g1.txt tests/test.clm
allhic optimize tests/test.counts_GATC.2g2.txt tests/test.clm

I have ran this quite a few times with different Ks and it does not seem to produce file 1 and file 2, only file 1. Is there something I am missing?

this is my command line:
./allhic partition /gpfs01/home/mbars7/danica_2/hetero_hifiasm_HiC_HiFi/mapped.PT.counts_GATC_CTNAG_TTAA_GANTC.txt /gpfs01/home/mbars7/danica_2/hetero_hifiasm_HiC_HiFi/mapped.PT.pairs.txt 2

I am also assembling a hexaploid plant (allopolyploid), is there a particular k value I should be using?
