Fill a missing guid when a core LTI object is constructed - #316
User, Context, Key, and Link expose a 32-character guid. A constructor that finds a null guid writes one only while the column is still null, then reads the stored value back so two requests keep the same guid.
LTIX selects the four guid columns and sets a guid on its own inserts. An existing guid is left alone. The PNP claim URL uses the user guid.
The admin GUID checker counts guid values that appear more than once. A unique index is not added yet.
Test plan
Run lib tests GuidTest, PnpConnectorTest, and Lti13TestLaunchTest.
Launch a user, context, and link whose guid is null and confirm each gets one stable 32-character guid that does not change on a second launch.
Open the admin GUID page and confirm the Duplicate GUIDs column is 0. A value above 0 should show in red.
With lti_pnp_baseurl set and lti_pnp_use_email off, confirm the PNP endpoint URL contains the user guid rather than the integer user id.
Users, contexts, links, and keys now have stable GUIDs available across launches, including newly created records.
PNP launch identifiers now use the user’s GUID instead of a numeric ID. When email use is enabled and a non-empty email is available, the email is used; otherwise, the GUID remains the identifier.
GUID status reports now show duplicate counts and flag tables with duplicate GUIDs.
The constructor reads the stored value back after a conditional update, the PNP claim uses the user guid, and the admin checker counts duplicate guids.

Walkthrough
The change adds GUID lookup and backfill for LTI users, contexts, keys, and links. Launch and request-scope paths load and retain those GUIDs. PNP endpoints use the launch user GUID by default, and the administrative GUID report counts duplicates.

The GUID helper validates supported table and key pairs, reads stored values, fills null values, and converts valid GUIDs to lowercase hexadecimal. The four core objects expose nullable GUID properties populated from row data.
GUID creation and launch loading lib/src/Core/LTIX.php, lib/src/Core/ReqScope.php, lib/src/Controllers/Files.php, lib/src/Controllers/Settings.php, lib/tests/Core/GuidTest.php
LTIX creates GUIDs for new users, contexts, and links, selects GUIDs when loading rows, and stores resolved GUIDs in session launch data. Request-scope and controller paths pass fetched rows or IDs to object constructors. Tests cover insertion, backfill, reuse, and retention.
PNP endpoint substitution uses the launch user GUID, with the configured non-empty email override retained. LTI 1.3 resource-link, deep-link, and privacy claims pass the resolved GUID. Configuration comments and tests describe and check the GUID placeholder.
The report counts duplicate non-null GUIDs and includes the count in each result row. The status table displays the count and highlights nonzero values.

Unverified finding
Verification ran but could not confirm this finding. It is shown for review, not as a verified issue.
Generate the guid candidate with random_bytes(), not MySQL UUID().
UUID() returns a time-based (version 1) value. It contains the server timestamp and a fixed node id. A guid created near another user's guid is therefore partly predictable.
This guid is now the PNP endpoint token that goes to a third-party service. The INSERT statements in LTIX::adjustData() have the same property. A random value also removes one SQL round trip from every backfill.
The INSERT statements in LTIX::adjustData() can bind bin2hex(random_bytes(16)) in the same way.

Keep duplicate reporting out of the backfill deadline.
fillAll() starts its 15-second deadline before it calls report(). report() runs one GROUP BY guid derived-table query per table, so the time spent in the report counts against the backfill budget. If the four reports use the full budget, the loop exits before it calls fill() for any table. The function then returns No guid columns to backfill. and updates no rows.
The duplicate count needs the grouped query. The null count does not. Split the backfill path so it reads only null counts, or start the deadline after report() returns.
Measure the total report time across all four tables on a representative large database before you choose the approach.
