New lvr2 major version 25.

Some IO features are marked deprecated and were moved. This change braked downwards compatibility. Together with new features that robustify the reconstruction process those changes lead to a major version increase. The old version is tagged and still available with the "v24" branch.

Major additions:

• PMP half edge mesh
• Logging system based on spdlog
• New IO makes it easier load different types of scan projects by separating the description where the data is located (schema) from the functions how the data is actually be loaded (kernel)

Minor additions:

• Exact IPCA for normal estimation (CPU only)
• GPU normal estimation using a LBVH index
