SHARK_ONE — Linux desktop, QML and AI tooling

Small tools, sharp edges.

I run Arch with Omarchy and build the pieces my desktop is missing — mostly in QML on top of Quickshell, with shell and Python behind the glass. A widget should answer a question in the bar, and only open a panel when the question has a second half.


In the bar

ai-balance — two AI accounts, one figure in the bar.

NanoGPT and OpenRouter balances, added up where you already look, with a bento panel behind it: what yesterday cost, what is left, which model is spending it, which agent is running.

  • the figure follows the account you pick — click a plate, the bar moves with it
  • every height and gap scales with the shell's font size (12 → 48 px, no clipping)
  • no shader, no blur, no daemon: plain rectangles and short-lived helpers
  • EN / RU, following the system locale

private for now · written in QML, shell and Python

omarchy-shutdown-timer — a bar clock you can set: one control for "shut down in 45 minutes", an override when you change your mind, and a stroke-thin ring that fills as the time goes.
