I think this one is very close and only had these comments for the sign-post-15 icon

I've corrected it as requested.
If it would save time for you to do such corrections yourself instead of
instructing me, I'm totally fine with relinquishing all control of the
icons. Whatever works best for you guys.

Thanks for your permission to take these icons on.
We are currently in the process of restructuring the Maki repo, and are going to open individual issues (tickets) for your icons on the Maki repo.

We are also about to take a holiday break and will be back in January.
