Bump Arduino core to Tasmota's 3.x

  • remove obsolete ADC lib
  • Use platform with Tasmota's Arduino Core 3.x
  • heater: xTaskDelayUntil will skip measuring cycles to keep up with required rate

I upgraded fine to the latest main release. Looks to be working fine, heating up ramped, PD triggering specific voltages. I didn't check QC, as I try to stay away from it if not needed.

Tips menu not working (yet) but I'm not sure there are many 100W-modified irons around anyhow.

Anything specifically I need to test? My day job is not allowing me currently to do lots of soldering but I can always test things and feedback, if you 'wanna get it out there for feedback'.

Maybe better if someone would really use it at as a daily driver. Thanks for you work. More choice is always good, as it's it very nice platform to deliver for. Probably not Pro level HW, for full days of work (heat in handle ...) But for sure good enough for most amateur level people. For sure not a Pro level price either :)
