Nomination and voting text need rewording to use correct tense

The first election will elect 3 admins and will accept nominations starting 6 days ago. Voting will begin 5 hours from now, and the term will start 1 week from now.

It should probably say "is no longer accepting nominations as of 6 days ago".

Also, I can still go to the nomination page and add people after the nominations are closed (I didn't nominate anyone before, if that helps).

Nominations have not yet closed, so I don't think this is an issue?

It should probably say "nominations began 6 days ago" (I came here to report this).

Also, now it says: voting "will begin 30 minutes ago".
