Adds one entry under Commercial & Proprietary Services, next to the other SEC EDGAR data services (after FilingPulse).
Disclosure: I built and operate this.
What it is: a hosted API that parses SEC EDGAR filings into JSON: Form 4 insider trades, 8-K events, 13F holdings (fragment rows aggregated per CUSIP and put/call, so a filer like Berkshire's 89 information-table rows come back as its 29 positions), Schedule 13D/G stakes, and XBRL fundamentals. It's served over REST and a hosted MCP server at
https://api.edgrapi.com/mcp.Why this section, not Market Data & Data Sources: the linked GitHub repo is a thin zero-dependency Python client (MIT). The parsing runs on the hosted service, so under CONTRIBUTING it counts as repository-less commercial.
