Update Korea Stock Data entry: history is no longer capped at 250 days, add data terms

I maintain this project, so flagging the relationship up front.

This only edits our existing line in "Commercial & Proprietary Services" (moved there in #687) — no new entry, no reordering.

• The per-stock history file stopped being cut at 250 trading days in September 2026; it now gains one row per trading day, so "250 trading days" is out of date. (Live check today: max_days is null and accumulating is true in https://aikstockdata.com/data/public/s/005930_history.json.)
• Adds the data terms, which the old line did not state: Non-commercial use with attribution; commercial redistribution is not permitted.
• Drops "request quotas" to avoid implying there are no rate limits at all.
