The ==3 / ==1 pins were a workaround for apko failing to lock these packages (wolfi-dev#33). Current apko resolves them unpinned on every arch we build, so drop the pins and the TODOs. Fixes wolfi-dev#33 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
