Purpose of change
It turns out when monster documentation says that ranged attacks require "line of sight" it means that literally, and if a monster with telepathic mind detection has a ranged melee attack they can hit you through walls.
This is in-theme and I do like it (the Melded Teleporter Force is just using Ephemeral Walk bro), but since Z levels count as one level the Melded Teleporter Force will start stabbing you basically the instant you walk into a TCL, so we need to have that removed.
