Release of Phoenix Framework compatible with the 2022 FRC Season Software, including latest firmware and Phoenix Tuner.
This release requires WPILib 2022 Kickoff Release or later.
Download the .exe or .zip appropriate for your OS.

This release primarily adds HERO C# support for CANdle along with some minor firmware updates. The 5.21.2 C++/Java/LabVIEW libraries have NOT changed. Linux and macOS zips are identical to 5.21.2.0.
