PIT v2 0.9.1

Updated code base includes the removal of the -k parameter. Instead, when an sFTP (ssh) key based login is not possible the uploads will fall back to standard FTP. This removes all confusion regarding the use of the -k parameter, and associated key management. It is recommended to use key based authentication to be future proof, this is now clarified in the documentation.

PIT v2 0.9.0

First stable iteration of the second version of the PhenoCam Installation Tool. Addresses all functionality. Some future usability changes might apply, but data and meta-data standards should be fixed from this point forward.
