Updated code base includes the removal of the -k parameter. Instead, when an sFTP (ssh) key based login is not possible the uploads will fall back to standard FTP. This removes all confusion regarding the use of the -k parameter, and associated key management. It is recommended to use key based authentication to be future proof, this is now clarified in the documentation.
