Small things:
- The Oct 21 packages for PHP 5.6 to 7.1 missed one part of the fix (the multipart body parts limit). Ondřej fixed them on Oct 22, see https://codeberg.org/oerdnj/deb.sury.org/issues/146. So "fixed packages for every PHP version back to 5.6" on release day is a bit generous. DDEV users get the fixed builds now, on amd64 and arm64.
- Barron's quotes are from a Reuters email interview that CNA republished. Fine as is, just noting.
