What's Changed
- Config files were updated.
- Several Rmds were added based on keys in pipeline.yaml.
- Each first level key will now generate a separate markdown file for use on the readthedocs server.
- The folder structure was updated.
- Template configs and files were added.
- Additional functionality was includ-ed in the main runMe.sh script.
