1. Publishing GRMS App to Google Play and Apple App store
- Cori: How can we utilize the app stores?
- Cori will bring this up to her internal team meeting.
- 00 annually recurring fee from publishing to Apple store.
- Which entity will be the publisher of the app?
- The app publisher entity can be transferred to a different entity.
- Grassroot Team’s possible next steps
- Launch the app in android (google app store -- Android apk is currently available for download) first then figure out the budget for Apple app store.
2. Security Review
- Cori will send through Checkmarx review or we can test that on our own to see if it passes.
- Cori has not submitted a mobile app before for Open Commons so not sure how that will play out.
- Summit App crew - just failed security review for 2nd time for their Open Source Commons native SF app
- Cori has resources to help us correct security review issues
3. iOS Install Issues persist
- Android predominant in non-western countries
- iOS still glitchy and a struggle for folks to install
4. Who and What are the end-users’ expectations on the app?
- Offline capability - cache
- Field agents
5. Create sample surveys in a dev org(s).
