2021 September Working Meeting

1. October Sprint Participation

• Confirm with Cori if: if you all want to be included in the October Sprint (20th - 21st)? I assume you do but I need to know by the end of next week. Dar mentioned it’s likely, but I’ll just need to indicate who the leader could be.

  • Will do a tester session - let folk know it’s Android mobile folks only for this session
  • Set up Wiki page for user story for Sample Survey that will be in package - story telling/narration & technical description - field listing, data dictionary, etc
• Are we presenting the project during the Show and Tell session?
  • We will need to decide what types of help we need, but this is for the actual sprint needs.
  • We may not have enough work for the sprint
    • I can provide the demo or recording of the current version app (Shun)
    • User feedback session
• Come to Metecho Meeting - September, 15, 7:30 - 8:30 PM

2. Github Project Management

  • Add feature requests to Github under Issues - but as well
  • Move notes to Github - create new project

3. Internal Security Review

• We have to package the sample surveys metadata after metecho training.

4. Github page merges

  • We merged almost all of the pages.
  • If there’s any comments for John’s Home and Salesforce Initial Setup page, add comments to the thread.
