Agenda:

  1. GRMS Package - Review:

    • Current versions
      • Review updates since May
        1. Survey Contact on User & Client Relationship object
          1. Relabel related list (“Client Relationships” for example) - Complete in V12
        2. Filters on the Survey Contact & User on the User & Client Relationships object - Complete in v12
        3. Possible - Lightning Page for Contact w/single related lists & filtered visibility - Complete in v12
      • Who has had a chance to install/test/review?
      • Bugs 4. Contact Text formatted as email in Sample Survey pack but should be a phone number & have a clear explanation. Example:

The field label wasn’t clear. I put a string like above and got a nice error message. 2. Remove Contact Text 3. Add checkbox under Phone Number - “can receive texts at this number” or similar

  1. Items from May Sprint

    • Current state of Install Documentation
      • Screensteps is here 6. Need to merge in the suggestions from May 2022 Sprint with the Screensteps doc 7. Need to move these into GDocs Drafts
      • Need a final version for submission for security review
    • Flow Documentation
      • Dar will follow up with Deanne & Andy
    • Troubleshooting Documentation
      • Cori - incorporate into main or back burner
    • AppExchange package
      • Template/checklist from Cori? - ping Cori with reminder 8. Long description, short description, title, technical documentation on functionality/process/coding, security checklist doc (prelim run through Checkmarx) 9. Cori can pull feature branch 12 for Checkmarx
    • State of technical documentation
      • Cori will send question from security review process - need a paragraph or so written for a security reviewer to understand.
      • Need docs on what’s in Metecho & what’s where in Github 10. Shun pulled metadata onto Github as a folder under the main branch

    • Documentation we need for AppExchange!
    • Get new package posted & to Cori for scan.
      • Is this our final for submission?
    • Next Meeting - Same time slot for July? Does this work for folks?
